He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Blair (Sarah) and Delma Sullivan Baltimore (Harold); his wife Tammy Ivey Blair; and his sister Penny Blair. He is survived by: his children, Angela Mejia (Jose) of Bowdon, Tonya Blair (Clayton Jones) of Bremen, Polly Howell (Dillin) of Bremen and Roger Blair of Bremen; his siblings, Danny Blair (Anitha) of Newnan, Terry Baltimore of Bremen, Peggy Haye (Greg) of Newnan, Bonnie Morris (Garry) of Bremen, Denise Wood of Tallapoosa and Pam Blair of Newnan; and his close friend Randy Sexton of Mt. Zion. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
