She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jack Crawford and Nina Wheeler Crawford; her brother Jackie Crawford; and her brother-in-law Charles Higgins. She is survived by: her husband David Higgins of Bremen; her son Dave Higgins of Carrollton; her sisters-in-law, Pam Dunn (Clark) of Holly Springs and Peggy Higgins of Lineville, AL; and her nieces and nephews, Tommy Crawford (Tonya) of Waco, Hannah Murphy of Canton, Margaret Higgins Pendley (Tandy) of Powder Springs and Ed Higgins of Ashland.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Building Fund at First Baptist Church, 331 Pacific Ave, Bremen, GA 30110.
