He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hatton and Helen Smith Hatton; and his siblings, Diane Hall, John Hatton and Timothy Hatton.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Kelly Hatton of Brinson, GA; his children, John Hatton of Houston, TX and Kris Hatton Young of DeFuniak Springs, FL; and his siblings, Ronnie (Debra), Allison (Candy), Betty (Roger) and Inez White. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
