He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Eldridge Smith; his son Philip Ray Smith; and his great grandchild Wesley Brown. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandi Lin Eliuk (James) of Bonnyville, Sunshine Lamb of Titusville, FL and Savannah Desiree Lamb of Bristol; his mother Betty Jo Cason Smith of Bristol; and his siblings, Tammy Smith of Bristol, Philip Smith of Bristol, Benny Smith of Bristol and Rodney Smith of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pearson-Dial Chapel (659 Main St, Blackshear, GA 31516). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
