It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Shelton Calvert of Brooklet, Georgia, who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Alvin and Miriam Estelle Calvert. He is survived by: his wife Debra A. Calvert; his sister Cynthia Akins (Dennis); his sister-in-law Connie Edenfield (Aubrey); his children, Michael Byrd (Ashley), Devin Boyles, Melissa Wade (Brian) and Megan Burnsed (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Devon, Braydon Byrd, Gracie, Lane, Michael Wade, Ariel, Evonie, Gabriel, Kaytlin and Isabel Burnsed.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Flanders Powell Funeral Home (197 S College St, Pembroke, GA 31321). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
