She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Webb and Ida Burns Webb; her husband Curtis Alvin Woleslagle Sr.; her sons, Tommy and Mike Simmons; and her siblings, Mary, Sandra, Janie, Lou, Jim, Edward, Mike and Bob.
She is survived by: her children, Therman "Junior" Simmons (Crystal) of Ellabell, Andy Simmons (Joyce) of Pembroke, Mitch Simmons (Billie) of Newington, Paul Turner of Tifton, Lorraine Harper (Ernie) of Florida, Andrea Wiles (John) of Brooklet, Leanne Simmons of Oliver, GA, Donna Gray of Lyons and Kristina Turner of Adell; and her sisters, Rachel, Beck, Norma, Shirley and Dee Dee. She is also survived by grandchildren; as well as numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
