She was predeceased by: her father Dell L. Hendley Jr.; and her sister Marie Ann Hendley. She is survived by: her husband Frank Sherrod; her daughters, Rebecca Sherrod, Tina Green (Chris) and Sheree Sherrod; her mother Madaline Hendley; and her siblings, Judy Mincey (Kenny), Delmore Hendley (Vicky), James Hendley (Linda) and Travis Hendley (Tennille). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (1172 Nevils Denmark Rd, Nevils, GA 31321). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
