He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Eugene, Cynthia and Christopher; and his siblings, Ruth Coates, Reba Ledbetter (Mike), Deborah Pittman (Roland), Wendy Sweeney (Mike) and William Bilbo (June). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
