Though Ron may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Curtis Shields and Mary Hamilton Shields; and his sister Glenda Fountain. He is survived by: his wife Olivia Turner Shields; his daughters, Rhonda Smith (Robby) and Theresa Shields; and his brother-in-law Larry Fountain. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
