With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vernon Christian in Brooks, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 8, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Ernest and Eula Wylene Christian. He is survived by: his wife Dee Andrews Christian; his children, Danny Christian, Michelle White (Hal), Craig Christian (Lisa) and Jason Christian (Tara); and his grandchildren, Tiffany Payton, Matthew Gibby, Kenneth Christian, Josh Christian, Haleigh Uzzell, Heather Hasty, Brittany Coller, Hunter White, Coleman Christian, Andrew Christian, Katie Christian and Ariel Christian. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mowell Funeral Home and Cremation Service - Fayetteville (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214).
