He was predeceased by: his parents, William Railey and Annie Ricketson Railey; and his siblings, Herman Railey, Gerald Railey, Leon Railey, Cecil Railey, Raymond Railey and Mildred Jones.
He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Garrett (William) of Broxton, GA and Wanda Williams (Ramiro Valdez) of Broxton, GA; his grandchildren, Adam Barfield, Patricia Merritt, Kortney Moore, Melissa McCutchen and Amber Garrett; his great grandchildren, Tyler Merritt, Mason Sonnier, Ashton Sonnier, Kyle Barfield, Lily McCutchen, Kiera Rupert, Ares Moore, Violet Rupert and Karson McCutchen; and his siblings, Shirley Merritt of Broxton, GA and George Railey of Broxton, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
