He was predeceased by: his parents, William Railey and Annie Ricketson Railey. He is survived by: his daughter Katrina Railey Gaskins of Douglas, GA; his grandchildren, Taylor Gaskins of Douglas, GA and Zachary Ashford of Douglas, GA; his siblings, Shirley Merritt of Broxton, GA, Earl Railey of Broxton, GA and George Railey of Broxton, GA; and his niece Penny Garrett of Broxton, GA. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
