He is survived by: his children, Eugenia Dawn Self Cummings of Jacksonville, FL, Kirk Self, Karl Self of Brunswick and Creig Self (Charlotte) of Toccoa, GA; his grandchildren, Eric Meyers of Jacksonville, Colter Cummings of Jacksonville, Marshal Cummings of Jacksonville, FL, Catherine Self of Brunswick, Lawton Self of Brunswick and Jessa Self of Toccoa; his brother-in-law Leo Owens (Grace); and his nephews, Chris Owens of Brunswick and David Owens (Tabitha) of Brunswick.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home (4407 Hwy 17, Brunswick, GA 31525). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
