We bid farewell to Felix Haynes of Brunswick, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 13, 2025 at the age of 81. Felix touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, W. F. Haynes, Sr. and Georgia Lee Haynes; and his wife Miriam Jones Haynes. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Johnson (Briar) of Williamson, Georgia and Kenneth Haynes (Jennifer) of St. Simons Island; his grandchildren, Mallory Meyer of Henderson, Nevada, Marshall Meyer (Selena) of Ridgeland and Ansley Meyer of Owensboro, Kentucky.; his great grandchildren, Aidan Tyler Harris, Sawyer Haynes Meyer, Saylor Reese Meyer, River Dawson Meyer, Beckham Cash Meyer, Magnolia Mae Meyer and Silas Haynes Neal; and his siblings, Ann Downing (Tom) of Atlanta and Greg Haynes (Nora) of St. Simons Island. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that remembrances be made to either First Baptist Church of St. Simons Island or Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick, Georgia.
