He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Bailey (Creamer); and his children, Amanda Moore (Bill) of Seattle, Washington, Richard Manning (Sheila) of Midway, David Manning (Rhonda) of Brunswick and Keith Manning (Becky) of Brunswick, Georgia. He is also survived by several grandchildren; three sisters; and one brother.
The military honors will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home (4407 US-17, Brunswick, GA 31525).
