He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bramblett Mull; his son Dan Horne; his daughter-in-law Carolyn of Marietta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Evan Horne (Katie), Andrew Horne and Ellen Horne; his great grandchild Oliver; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Bramblett (Nancy) and Rick Bramblett (Diane Young). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews, and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jack's honor to Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick, Georgia.
