He is survived by: his wife Janice Poppell Adams; his children, Greg Dowling and April Sailors; his stepchildren, Clifford G. Brockman III of Brunswick and Becky Walker of Strafford, MO; his brother Nathanel Adams of Jesup; and his nephew Lewis Anderson Sr. of Waverly. He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and other loving family members.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Darien Church of God (1140 Blounts Crossing, Darien, GA 31305). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
