She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leonard Strickland and Ether Mae Cason Strickland; her husband William Edward Keltner, Sr.; and her brothers, Nevion Strickland and Robert Strickland.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Auten (Truett), Tina Smith and Gina Knox; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Burnem (Angela), Dustin Burnem (Ly), Kristopher Perkins, Kasey LaRoache, Bryan Tucker (Nancy), Jennifer Beckham (Matt) and Alyssa Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
