He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Withrow, Sr. and Rilla Thompson Withrow; his wife Polly Withrow; and his siblings, Elouise Ogden, Betty Davis and Pete Withrow.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane Brinson (Daryle) of Brunswick; his sister Barbara Dunn (Bug) of Jesup; his grandchildren, Mandy Brinson Hubbard (Matt) of Jesup and Buddy Brinson of Brunswick; his great grandchildren, Hannah Grace Brinson, Maddox, Mason, Maxton, Miles and Maverick Hubbard of Jesup; his stepgreat-granddaughter Kailey Gibson (Lee); his pet Abbie; Daniel Garcia and Carl Page.
