She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford James Burd, Sr.; and her sister Cecilia Dwornsitski. She is survived by: her son Clifford James Burd, Jr. (Martha) of Brunswick; her grandchildren, James Ellis, Clifford James Burd, III, Haley and Mikey Burd; and her great grandchildren, Matthew, James, Kynlee, Amelia and Cecilia.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Liberty Ship Park (Sidney Lanier Bridge Park) (1 Coach Williams Way, Brunswick, GA 31520).
