He was predeceased by: his mother Jessie Mae Williams; his daughter Vanessa Cohen; his grandmother Margaret Kennedy; and his siblings, Lawrence Cohen, Sr. and Vanessa Herrington.
He is survived by: his children, Donnisha Massey of Brunswick, GA, Marcella Daniels of Brunswick, GA, Vernonia Butler (Micheal) of Brunswick, GA and Michelle Hines of Graniteville, SC; his siblings, Pamela Grovner of Brunswick, GA, Retha Cohen White (Ware) of Willingboro, NJ, Shazaliza Williams of Newark, NJ and Julius Smith, Sr. of Brunswick, GA; and his niece Angela Smith. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
