She is survived by : her husband Phillip Baker of St. Simons Island; her daughter Tricia Gunnells (Luke); her grandchildren, Tricia Cate of Fairhope, AL. and Walker Gunnells of Fairhope, AL.; and her brothers, Bill Warr (Susan) of Birmingham, AL and Jim Warr (Lyn) of St. Simons Island, GA..

In Lieu of flowers, Prissy requested that a donation be made in her honor to J. Larry Newton Elementary School, 9761 County Road 32, Fairhope, AL 36532.
