He is survived by: his son Adam of Brunswick; his cousins, Jill, Steven Smith of Hortense, Taylor, Jonathan, Jeremy, Toombs, Marty, Sadonna Burkette, David and Jan Burkette; his wife Candy; Kathleen Lane (Caleb). He is also survived by cats who were his constant companions.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (1400 Norwich St, Brunswick, GA 31520). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
