She is survived by: her children, Rachel Harper (Petey) and C. L. "Buddy" Webb, Jr. (Stephanie); her grandchildren, J. C. "Jamie" Souter IV (Jessica), Erin Vaughn (Brittni), Tyler Vaughn and Emily Vaughn; her great grandchild J. C. Souter V; her son-in-law Jimmy Souter III (Glenda); and her sister-in-law Jackie Ryals. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Glyndale Baptist Church Benevolence Fund, as requested by Ruby.
