She was predeceased by: her sons, Nicholas Robert Green and James Robert Green; and her sister Janice Gaines Ellis. She is survived by: her sisters, Bernetta Gaines Davis of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Patricia Gaines Mann and J. P., Jr. of Tallapoosa; and her grandson Jag Caelan Garvin (Haley) of Tallapoosa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, special cousins and family, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel (71 Park Heights St, Buchanan, GA 30113). The lying in state will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
