He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Cook; his children, Kelly (David Willcutt), Remy (Anna Curtis), Alecia (Guylaine Marois-Cook), Mark (Kelly Cook) and Michael (Alethea Cook); and his grandchildren, Megan, Justin, Khristin, Brittany, Breyonna, Patrick, Kassidy, Samantha, Rylan, Cody, Hunter, Joshua, Tyler, Paige, Sean and Kaylee.
