He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harper and Ovie Stone; his grandmother Bessie Mae Harper; and his siblings, Nell Summerville, Casey Harper and Mack Stone.
He is survived by: his wife Jennell Harper of Buchanan; his son Kevin Harper (Marie-Claire Laberge) of Concord; his grandchildren, Kaley Annie Eickelman-Harper and Dylan Thomas Harper; and his siblings, Joyce Langley of Carrollton, Tony Stone of Carrollton and Victor Stone of Carrollton.
