He is survived by: his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Larry Phillips of Carrollton; his stepsons, Matthew Shumake, Mark Shumake and Justin Shumake; his grandchildren, Calvin Phillips and Slade Phillips; his great grandchildren, Maverick Phillips and River Phillips; and his brother-in-law Randy Roper (Sabrina) of Fruithurst.
