He was predeceased by: his wife June S. Williams; his parents, Robert Williams and Docie Williams; and his siblings, Geneva Newman and Melvis Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Westmoreland (Dale) and Susan Argo (Mike); his grandsons, Patrick Westmoreland (Melissa) and Alan Westmoreland (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Alyssa Reddish (Jasper), Peyton Westmoreland, Kynsley Westmoreland, Mason Westmoreland and Easton Westmoreland; and his sister Clara Nell Chandler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel (71 Park Heights St, Buchanan, GA 30113). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
