He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marion Edgar and Lennie Pope Edgar; his brother Charles Edgar; and his pet Argos. He is survived by: his close friend Athena; his wife Annelle Spivey Edgar of Buchanan; his children, Valerie Edgar West (Glen), Wendy Edgar Holt (Mark) and Lewis Scott Edgar of Nashville, TN; and his grandsons, Charles Holt and Sid West. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
