She was predeceased by : her husband Henry Marvin Westmoreland; her daughter-in-law Ann Westmoreland; her granddaughter Cheri Mixon; her grandsons-in-law, Tim Mitchell and David Mixon; and her siblings, Bera Collins (Edward), Callie Gilbert (Charlie), Emma Scorsone (Frank), Pauline Hewgley (Elbert), Clifford Gay, Spence Gay (Margaret), Larkin Gay (Margie), Joel Gay (Joanne), Lane Gay (Margie) and Edmund Gay.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Suzanne Mitchell, Lisa Surginer (Justin), Patrick Westmoreland (Melissa), Glynn Westmoreland, Jr. and Alan Westmoreland (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Jackie, David, Mark, Alyssa, Rebecca, Peyton, Kynsley, Elizabeth, Mason, Mary and Easton. She is also survived by family members include her sons.
