He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dewey Morris and Velma Perry Morris; his wife Margaret Hornsby Morris; his daughter Teres Bergmann; his brothers, J. D. Morris, Billy Morris and Herschel Morris; and his great grandchild Annabelle.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Morris Pollard, Lexie Morris and Dawson Morris; his grandchildren, Drake Morris (Megan), Haven Morgan (Adam), Ellen Draughon (Joe) and Dasch Bergmann; his great grandchildren, Ainsley, Gage, Kane, Abbygail, Easton, Augusta, Anders, Perry, Hutch, Hart, Huxton and Henley; and his nephew Larry Morris (Cyndi).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel (71 Park Heights St, Buchanan, GA 30113). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
