He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Weaver and Elsie Tinsley Weaver; his former wife Betty Jane Brown Weaver; his sister Jackie Weaver Rowell; his niece Jill Steele; and his nephew Sam Rowell.
He is survived by: his wife BJ; his sons, Bobby (Ruth Weaver) of Smyrna and William (Jill Weaver) of Coronado, CA.; his grandchildren, Liam, Brock, Camden and Juliette Weaver; his brother Terry (Maudie Weaver); his nieces, Suzette Ward, Robin Woods and Wendy Weaver; his nephew Randy Rowell; and his friends, Iris and Rhonda.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel (71 Park Heights St, Buchanan, GA 30113). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
His contributions to the law, his community, and those closest to him will be remembered with great respect and admiration.
