He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dean and Betty Ann Burnette; and his siblings, Tim Burnette and Missie Burnette. He is survived by: his wife Reedie Burnette; his sons, Kevin Self, Kale Self (Ashley) and Tim Burnette (Brittany); his sisters, Becky Soufastai, Debbie Stewart and Melinda Burnette; and his grandchildren, Cody Gregg (Ashlyn), Avery Self (Macy), Mason Self (Addison), Anna Self, Sara Ann Self, John Self, Matthew Self, Megan Self, Tyler Burnette and Brylee Burnette. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
