He is survived by: his wife Chemaine Haley "Chemmy" Pelter; his children, Micah Pelter, Kolbie Pelter and Erica Eley; his siblings, Georgia White (Joe), Greg Pelter (Robin Jensen) and David Pelter (Melissa); and his brother-in-law Dusty Haley (Christy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
