He was predeceased by: his parents, Seaborn Jones Saffold Sr. (Seab) and Doris Jones Saffold; and his siblings, Tony M. Saffold and Dottie Saffold. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bryan Saffold; his children, Seaborn Jones Saffold, III (Seaby), Cheryl, William "Tank" Saffold (Cathy) and Grace Saffold Ivie (Brian); his grandchildren, Stacey Campbell, Seaborn Jones Saffold, IV (Sean), Justin Saffold, Kristin, John Mealer, Michelle, Kevin West and Amber; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Brynlee Long, Lille Grace, Kathryn Saffold, Gavin Mealer and Judson Jones West.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Buckhead Baptist Church building fund.
