He was predeceased by: his parents, Lizzie Lee Bert and Blannie Bert, Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Bell (Oscar Jr.), Rebecca Brown (Joe), Otis Burt, Blannie Burt (Bashir) and Marvin Bert (Misty).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cool Springs Baptist Church (1625 Cool Springs Rd, Buena Vista, GA 31803).
