She was predeceased by: her husband Benny Thigpen; and her daughter Cheri Friend. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stephanie Beane, Laurin Friend, Morgan Friend, Kristen Thigpen and Madison Thigpen; her great grandchildren, Ella Clarke, Nicholas Clarke, Tripp Kendall and Luke Kendall; and her sister Peggy Bradow (Vic) of O'Brien, FL.
