She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Boykin. She is survived by: her children, Holle Knox of Buford, GA, Chris Boykin of Dacula, GA, Bill Boykin, Jr. (Joanne) of Huntsville, GA and Carol Boykin of Suwanee, GA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to new Prospect Methodist Church in Memory of Mrs. Annette D. Boykin.
