He is survived by: his sisters, Kathryn Spears and Betty King; his children, June Price Carmichael and Nick; his grandchildren, Kate (Tony), Georgia, Henry and Camilla; his children, Jennifer Price DeGennaro (Dean), Lola, Lucy, Lauren Price Fogarty (Matt), Brian, Thomas, Wyatt, McCall and Sabrina; his grandchildren, Irena, Clara, Nathan and Ana Joy Lively Barker; his great grandchildren, Sarah Cook (Josh), Evie and Kalila; his grandchildren, Michael (Taylor), Alina, Olivia, Austin, Matthew and Philip Janet Lively McCollum; and his great grandchildren, David (Maggie), David Jr., Anna Hill (Michael), Scott, Leah Bodunrin (Peter) and Peter. He is also survived by his parents, his brothers and sisters.
