It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Smith (Buford, Georgia), who passed away on August 17, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Deaton and Bessie Deaton; and her siblings, Lucille, Selma, Frances (Frankie), Willis, Evelyn, Myrtle and Jimmy.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Smith (Carla), Robin Daniel and Scott Smith (Sarah); her grandchildren, Amanda Stillings, Nicholas Lancaster, Phillip Smith, Connor Hyde and Dalton Hyde; and her great grandchildren, Caylee Small, Caleb Lancaster, Camryn Lancaster, Elena Disano and Elijah Disano. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
