It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Lybrand in Buford, Georgia, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Morrell Lybrand and Lillie Mae Johnson Lybrand; and his siblings, Martina, Marlin, Melvis and Jimmy.

He is survived by : his daughters, Cindy Holland (Rick) and Belinda Parham; his grandsons, Keith Parham (Ashley) and Patrick Parham (Dayna); and his great grandchildren, Anna Grace Parham, Kason Parham and Paisley Parham.
