She was predeceased by: her husband Phil Stanley Williams; her parents, Howell Bell and Mildred Benefield Bell; and her brothers, Robert Bell and Carroll Bell.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer O'Connor (Ryan) of Hoschton, GA; her grandchildren, Xavier Paul Wardlaw and Madison Koi O'Connor; her siblings, Alice Pruett (Bonnie) of Buford, Sandra Dowdy (Kenneth) of Chestnut Mountain, GA and Charles Bell (Jimmie) of Buford; and her sisters-in-law, Rilla Jones Bell of Chestnut Mountain and Traci Alston of Cleveland, GA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friendship Community Church in memory of Brenda Williams.
