She was predeceased by: her father Carl Moore; and her brother Steve Moore. She is survived by: her mother Patsy Moore; her husband Ned Karn of Buford; her children, Nathan Karn (April) and Nicole Cohron (Brad); her brother Scott Moore; and her grandchildren, Caitlyn Karn, Samantha Karn, Abigail Cohron and James Cohron.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
