Dunaway of Buford, Georgia, born in Cumming, Georgia, who passed away on June 13, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Jennifer Loving; his parents, Frank Dunaway and Emmie Dunaway; his stepmother Bessie Dunaway; and his siblings, Flora Green, Viola Allen, Betty Manders, Truman Dunaway and Hayward Dunaway.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Maddox Dunaway of Buford; his daughter Toni Moore (Robert) of Dahlonega, GA; his grandsons, Jason Loving (Amanda) of Hoschton, GA and Anson Loving (Caden) of Buford; and his brother-in-law Billy Maddox of Loganville, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at the Broadlawn Memorial Gardens (5979 New Bethany Rd, Buford, GA 30518).
