He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Malloway and Madelyn Malloway; his sister Marlene Piper; his brother-in-law Milton Brogdon; and his parents-in-law, Nelson and Birdie Brogdon.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Brogdon Malloway of Buford, GA; his children, Daniel Neil Malloway of St. Petersburg, FL and Wendy Poste (Matthew); his grandsons, Johnny Hunter of Buford, GA and Luke Poste of Buford, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby Piper of Miami, FL, Cheryl Chesser (Joe) of Buford, GA, Wanda Blan (Larry Berry) of Sugar Hill, GA, Lanier Brogdon of Buford, GA and Gwen Garner Brogdon of Sugar Hill, GA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
