He is survived by: his wife Julie Heard Pugh; his children, Shannon Ritchie (Doug) and Jack Ryan Pugh; his granddaughters, Paris Bannister, Macy Ritchie, Presleigh Ritchie, Rosalie Ritchie and Emilia Pugh (Emi); his brother Franklin Pugh; his niece Gina Whitaker; his nephews, Brian Pugh, Brent Pugh and Brandon Pugh; and his mother-in-law Dovie Heard.
