He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Brackett Marsingill; his son Jeff Marsingill; his grandson Joshua Harter; his siblings, Larry Marsingill, Hazel Pirkle and Phylliss Hansard; his children, Rhonda Harter (Jim) of Buford, GA and Gerry Marsingill (Rosa) of Gainesville, GA; his grandchildren, Taylor Harter, Jensen, Rosa Baltazar, Iris Baltazar and Nadia Baltazar; his great grandchild AnnaLeah Harter; and his sisters, Frances Tatum (Joseph) of Donaldsonville, GA and Norma Orr (Stanley) of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
