He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Snelson Wike and Homer Wike; his son Justin Wike; and his brothers, Homer Howard Wike, Clarence Wike, Bruce Wike and Alva Wike.

He is survived by: his wife Saundra; his daughter Ashley; and his brother James Wike (Orville Wike) of Oak Ridge, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
