He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob W. Tait and Lois Tait (Thompson); and his brother Russell Tait. He is survived by: his wife Norah Tait; his daughters, Stephanie Tait Monzer (Nizar) and Shelly Tait; his grandchildren, Adrian and Sienna Monzer; and his siblings, Steve Tait (Cindy) and Sue Butler (Ron). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
